After squillions of roadtrips to and from the city every day for work, a search ensued that could see us fulfil our dreams of establishing our own business, close to home, on the Central Coast.
The search that we undertook actually saw us devote much of our then spare time in many a café, discussing our options over numerous cups of coffee. The more coffee we drank, the more we realised our visits to a café were actually more of a pursuit for finding that great cup of coffee.
This hobby became a passion – discovering, learning and understanding all things coffee. Our search was over as this passion led to the creation of Maxima Coffee Roasters!
