Maxima Coffee Roasters was created by us (Luke & Judy) and we proudly commenced trading in October 2014. All our coffee is Specialty Grade and 100% Arabica. We offer a staple collection of coffee blends and single origins that we have perfected over the many years of roasting, all of which have gathered an excellent following from our loyal and ever-growing customer base.

Our Roasting facility is located at Ettalong Beach Central Coast NSW and has an espresso bar attached, that trades on weekends. Every Sunday we also operate a stall at the Gosford City Farmers Market where we serve takeaway coffee and have a selection of our blends and single origin coffees (whole bean or ground) ready for you to take home and enjoy.
During the week you can find us at the Central Coast Business Hub & Financial District Erina, where we have an espresso bar so you can start your workday right by enjoying a Maxima Coffee!

Central Coast - Italian made Lelit Espresso machines
We can also assist you with the selection and purchase of quality coffee equipment and accessories for home. We specialise in Lelit Espresso machines that are Italian made and are locally supported with a technical department located at Sydney. Grinders are also a very important part of producing your home brew and these range from hand grinders to grind your beans on demand. Barista training is another service that we offer whether it be for someone looking to start in the industry or just wanting to learn more and to get most out of your home machine.
